Please let us know your estimated
arrival time, taking into consideration that we are about 45 mins from Kuching International Airport.
If we don’t hear from you, we cannot guarantee your room will be held
after 15.00 hrs.
Our payment terms are strictly cash
– we do not accept credit cards. As we don’t ask for your
credit card details, we have no way of enforcing a cancellation fee.
Therefore we would be grateful if you could let us know of any cancellation
at your earliest convenience.
